Assisting in Preparing Documents for AEO-T1, AEO-T2 & AEO-T3 Certification, includes:

  • Financial Solvency Certificates from CA, Bank, Self etc.
  • SOPs for Account Management, Integrity & Security Measures for Transport, Import/Export Goods etc.
  • Flow Chart for Legal Compliances, Security Plan, Process Map, Personal Security, Business Partner Security etc.
  • AEO Department Officers visit at the Importer's Premises / Warehouse for Inspection and Records Checking
  • Get issued AEO Certificate for Importer from the Customs AEO Department.

Processing and finalization of SVB as per Notfn. No. 4/2016 & 5/2016

  • Assisting in Providing Formats for Questionnaire (Annexure-A), Annexure-B and Annexure-C.
  • To provide Drafts for PD Continuity Bond, Solvency Certificate to be procure from Bank.
  • To provide complete information under Rule 3(3)(b) of CVR, 2007, Royalty and Licence Fee etc. under Rule 10 (1)(c ) of CVR, 2007, Transfer Pricing / Cost & Service under Rule 10 of CVR, 2007
  • Get Issued SVB Order, after completion of documents, from Special Valuation Branch of Custom House.

Refund matters.

  • Assisting in Final Assessment of Provisionally Assessed BOE’s from Group, after get issued SVB Order Passed Certificate from Review Department of Custom.
  • Assisting in line up of Provisional BOE’s, Finally Assessed BOE’s along with EDD Paid Challan Assisting in Preparing Refund Application and Chartered Accountant Certificate for Unjust Enrichment Clause etc.
  • Assisting in Pre-Auditing of Refund Application from Audit Department of Customs.
  • Get issued final Refund Order-in-Original for Importer

Duty Scripts.

  • Assisting in Purchase of the following Duty Scripts from reputed
  • MNC’s MEIS (merchandise Exports from India Scheme)
  • SEIS (Service Export from India Scheme)
  • E - Scrips under Incentive Schemes / Duty Remission Schemes like RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies) & RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products)
  • Assisting in Preparing Indemnity Bonds for Transfer of Scrips from Original Owner for Customs in terms of Public Notice 92/2021 for each Duty Scripts.
  • The Purchaser of the Script can use above Duty Scrips in Bill of Entry for the Payment of Duty of Customs Leviable under the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), i.e., Basic Customs Duty (BCD) only.Assisting in Preparing Documents for AEO-T1, AEO-T2 & AEO-T3 Certification, includes:

Processing of bonded warehouse license for 100% EOU and STP /EHTP units

  • Assisting in Preparing

Debonding of premises for 100% EOU and STP / EHTP units

  • Assisting in Preparing document like Request Letter, Flow Chart, Site Map etc. to submit at STP/EHTP Office for procuring Letter of Acceptance for GST Department etc.
  • Assisting in Preparing documents like Request Letter, Flow Charts etc. along with BOE Filing with Depreciated Value to submit at GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department) for Debonding of Premises/Goods.
  • Assisting in getting NOC from STP / EHTP Department for Debonding of Premises and Letter of Permission from GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department) for Debonding of Premises.

Renewal of licenses for bonded premises

  • Assisting in Preparing documents like Request Letter, Warehouse Bond, BG etc., to submit at GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department) for Renewal of Bonded Warehouse License.
  • Assisting in getting duly Renewed Warehouse License from GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department).

Obtaining required approvals from STPI

  • Assisting to prepare documents for any type of Approval Letters regarding Bonded Warehouse from STPI for GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department)
  • Assisting in getting Type of Approval / Letter of Approval from STPI for GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department).

Obtaining B-17, CT3 and Procurement certificates

  • Assisting to prepare documents for procurement of B-17, CT3 and Procurement Certificates from GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department)

Completion of transfer formalities for inter-unit & intra-unit

  • Assisting in Preparing documents like Request Letter, Flow Chart, List of Goods etc. to submit at STP/EHTP Office for procuring Letter of Acceptance for GST Department etc.
  • Assisting in Preparing documents like Request Letter, Flow Charts, List of Goods etc. along with S/B and BOE Filing with Depreciated Value to submit at GST Department (Formerly known as Central Excise Department) for Inter-Unit and Intra-Unit Transfer of Good and Services.

STP / EHTP Units Registration at seaports / airports

  • Submitting Documents procure from STP/EHTP Unit and GST Department (under which jurisdiction the Bonded Warehouse falls) with the Custom House at Airports or Seaports to get the Unit/Company Registered.

Preparation and submission of application to STPI and FTWZ for new unit licensing.

 

  • Assisting in preparing documents like Request Letter, Duly Filled Application, Flow Chart, Site Map etc. to submit at STPI / FTWZ Office for procuring Letter of Acceptance for New Unit Licensing.
  • Assisting in the following activities at FTWZ (Free Trade and Warehousing Zones in India) which is a Deemed Foreign Territory within the geography of India for the purpose of Tariff and Trade:
  • Assisting in getting Letter of Approval (LOA) from the Unit Approval Committee, which is valid upto 5 years.
  • Inbound / Warehousing of Goods with Deferment of Customs Duty without incurring Interest or Penalty and Goods can be Inbound / Stored upto the validity of LOA, on behalf of Foreign or Domestic Clients.
  • Labelling, Packing, Repacking of Goods
  • Various Value Optimization Services on the Goods/Cargo.
  • Out Bond of Goods after payment of Customs Duty.
  • Export Benefit for Supply of Goods from Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) to FTWZ for Authorised Operations and get claimed Drawback etc. in respect of goods procured from DTA.
